    PKMN: 18
    3-2-3 Torterra UL
    3-3 Cherrim AR
    2-2 Sunflora

    T/S/S: 30
    4x Defender
    3x E-Belts
    3x PKMN Collect
    3x Warp Point
    3x PKMN Communication
    3x SSU or seeker
    3x Rare Candy
    2x Bebe's
    2x Flower Shop Lady
    2x Energy Exchanger
    1x Luxury Ball
    1x Dept. Store

    8x Leaf
    4x DCE

Plan here is to get Torterra out and Tank, then kill slowly.
    pretty simple concept right?
Sunflora to find my Cherrim, and Cherrim to boost Def by 30

I'm thinking of probably adding shaymin lv x for +40 hp, bad idea?

You don't need Venusaur. Torterra is a bulky pokemon and the majority of the support should be used to find it anyway as setting it up takes time, plus Venusaur (i'm assuming you're running the SV saur) is just a bad card in general and what's up with running 3-2-3 and 2-1-2 lines without Rare Candy?. So

    -2-1-2 Venusaur
    -4 Plus Power
-1-1 Cherrim AR (at most you'd have at 2 Cherrims most of the time)

+3 Expert Belt (hit for 60, heal 60)
+1 Palmer's Contribution (a little recovery never hurts)
+3 Professor Oak's New Theory (you need to draw into that DCE ASAP so alot of hand refreshing cards helps)
    +4 Rare Candy

Oops, I forgot to put in the candies o.o... I usually only run 3 candies though.
    So what I like is:
    - Venasaur line (-5)
    - 4 p-plus

instead of Palmers I like flower shop lady. she's a nice lady, so maybe 1 or 2
I was thinking of expert belt, but forgot about it.

    List updated o.o

You may also want to consider a torterra from stormfront for it's power

I thought of it but it wouldn't fit the tanking need, you know?

True. But if you find your having troubles with sp, its the solution. (The power for speed, Land Shake effect to pester them and fighting type for Luxray)

Ah I see what you mean. I'll put that into consideration

maybe use a basic instead of sunflora to set up like spiritomb from arceus or even budew from stormfront. also, a dawn stadium or two could be an alternative to warp point and would certainly go along with the tank idea. if you can afford the deck space, a 1-0-1 or 2-0-1 nidoqueen line could be good considering nidoran f from triumphant is an o.k starter.
