What I'd like to do here is start a topic reviewing locally owned (not chain) resturants so people who visit your area can find places to eat. I'll start:
Italian House

Type of resturant: Italian
Dine-In/Carry Out
Featured items: Gondola (Sandwich with Ham, Salami, Cheese and lettuce) various forms of pasta, various sandwiches, and freshly baked bread.
Speed of service: Quick, ususally food is ready within 10-15 minutes.
Quality of food: Good to very good (try the prima pizza sub with all 3 meats-that's my favorite)
Cost: $5-$10 person
Overall: Very good value for the money. An excellent place for families.
