If The Rare is Crappy... The Person Will need to add stuff that is giving the rare... If the Rare is really good then you may have an even trade... If It is two Crap Uncommons... I would say about 1 Rare for 2 Uncommons... If It is a good rare then well you may need to find another way since a Good Rare for Crap Uncommons aint gonna happen...

Depends on the card again... I Jirachi DX is worth the same as many Ex's... But Claydol (DX) is not... You Maybe able to trade a Playset of Jirachi DX for Lugia Ex... You wont get even close with Claydol...
