So I have pokemon Platinum, White, and White 2 and I have completed the main storyline on all three. I was wondering what is the most EXP I can get in an hour (or the fastest place to train) and where is it in each game and is there a certain place which is the fastest.

Pre-BW experience was pretty straightforward: slap an EXP share on your Pokemon and go fight the Elite 4 as many times as possible before you get exhausted of it.

BW and BW2 I like to find a nice big patch of grass in a post-E4 area, and run on the edge of it until I see shaking grass, looking for Audinos obviously. I lead with the Pokemon I want trained, with it holding an EXP share if possible, then swap it out for a stronger Pokemon and destroy it. Audino is so harmless that you can easily switch any decently powerful Pokemon in on it, and gives ridiculous amounts of XP. If you're training a physically offensive Pokemon you can just let your 'mon fight them at 10 levels below or more. That's how harmless they are.

Battle in the Arenas/stadiums. Lucky Egg is great to boost for hold onto traded over Pokemon as well. Exp. Share all the way otherwise.
Battle the game designer daily.
Battle Cheren daily.
E4 run-throughs.
Like Kayle said: high level wild Pokemon, try double wild encounters when your Pokemon can handle the battles while holding the Lucky Egg/Exp. Share.

The White Tree Hollow in white 2 can be an insane place to get EXP... Some trainers have Chanseys and Blisseys... I have gotten 19000 EXP from one Blissey with a lvl 54 pokemon... It adds up quick... Otherwise Audino hunting seems to be the way to go...
