Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

UK battle Roads - Dates

Martin, I don't think there is a right or wrong in a situation like this to be fair. Obviously circumstances differ and all anyone can do is make an informed desicion based on those circumstances. So far everyone has done that upto now.

Can i just say- great job as always to Ian and Jane for a GREAT event on saturday! great seeing everybody agen!
i came first after a toight as a toiger final with Karl B! Woooo!

...shame I forgot how to enter people into the tournament correctly... definately a bad hair morning for me!

Maril really did lose its tail so we had to help Pikachu instead!

 Splendid day Ian, give my thanks to Jane for the hospitality and the card she kindly lent to me. Yummy Pot Noodles and treks to Somerfield for Pesto Mozzarella bakes saved the day! Congrats to Andy - nice deck choice! :thumb: I went 2-1 losing to the eventual winner, not bad for a comeback BR!

Sorry I couldn't stay around down South for Rainham the next day, Leicester beckoned.

Team WISPA (Was In Slough Previously, Actually) looks forward to invading London come November!

Its not even Steph! Its Stef! It says it in my signature!

I knew my prof t-shirt wasn't flattering, they're just not cut for girls!

Thanks for the kudos, kaworu. The deck was totally original, maybe I'll post it and watch the Americans tear it down ;)

Yep, Blackpool BR went swimmingly. 16 players; 6j, 3s, 7m. Highlights of the tournament for me, were when I convinced four juniors to check under their table for possible hidden magnemite, and when a certain new lady player chose a 2007 Annual as her bonus prize! My only slops were to me, I think I confused people by handing out some of my own prizes. I don't really want them thinking that PUI provides Kinder chocolate (to anyone reading this; they don't. Not even to profs).

I have a bored Senior who keeps winning too easily up here, so expect him to be travelling around. Suggestions of the best Senior populations are welcome.

My thanks to Ian.

London 24 November - UK and European Seniors - Gonna be good

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

Well done to Jak and Ben S-A for winning the Seniors and Masters at Rainham on Sunday and well done to Cameron D for doing the same in the Juniors.

20 players all told and a Mario Infernape fest it seems - Wonders how the Blissey cup went in Hessle?

Myself and Nicholas are planning on getting to Bournemouth though the 11am start will be a bit tight.

Haha, none of my ebay stuff have got to me on time for the London BR tomorrow.
Cos I haven't played properly since HP came out, I'm playing a deck made entirely of older cards that have been reprinted. If I win a single game, it'll be a joke XD

Great job today Ben!!!! Great tourney as always!!!!!!!
I came second place to Russ for those who may be interested..... We didnt have a final, but its ok- he would have wiped the floor with me anyway!!

Hope to cu all soon!
