TPFG Monthly Convention- January, New Year tournament!
Hi,

Just to let everyone know, the FOURTH High Wycombe monthly event is taking place on Sunday 9th January 2005, from 11 AM, with cool prizes!

The address is as follows:

High Wycombe

Very easy to get to by car, using a route planner
By train, you need to get to High Wycombe station (pretty easy), and from there transport is available for those who pre-register.

We will be doing several sanctioned Modified Constructed tournaments, and everyone will get something, no matter how well they do. This is the New Year 2005 event, and should be great!

Last month, we gave out 30 Series One boosters, a box of product, and ran a FREE booster draft (all for the £3 entry fee)!

Pokémon Official Magazine is supporting the event too, so expect some photos and free magazines!!

Thanks to everyone who came to Stokenchurch today...

It wasa fun day. We did 2 tournaments, first of all a Modified Swiss tournament, followed by a £5 entry Hidden Legends booster draft, with 4 swiss rounds.

As far as prizes are concerned, we had 20 POP boosters to give out, some winner badges and 10-ish more boosters (as well as, of course, free copies of Pokémon Official Magazine!)...

I hope everyone enjoyed themselves, and can come back next month for the charity tournament, on Sunday 13th February 2005, where, along with the other CCGs and roleplaying events, we hope to raise £1000 + for the tsunami charities.
