Personally I think that's to much, however 400$ could be a more reasonable prize, on the other hand it all depends how much you are willing to pay for it.

Well,

When it first hitted Ebay, it sold for around $1200... but since there have been several sold on ebay its value went down..
It's the same as for every card... for example.. the University Magikarp.. it sold for $1400+ when it first sold on ebay... but the last one sold for "only" $300..
It's a good deal, because i dont think youll get one for less.. .but you cannot sell it for more on ebay.. if you need the money..
