Update:PKMN Leaf Green, Fire Red, Emerald!!!!

Hey everyone...

I just wanted to ask if anyone who was going to the upcoming pokemon rocks America event, could you post up any Deoxys/Aurora Ticket info here or in the game forum if you'd like.....I wanna see if there will be more of that going around. Hopefully we will all be able to get a chance at capturing this legendary pokemon. I would really appreciate it.​

Anyway, I beat the Elite Four this week, which by the way Lorelei's Slowbro....I wish I could have had my R/S pokemon so I can have the pleasure of kicking its butt....it was so annoying. My pokemon were not that strong. I also am now able to trade with my R/S packs and it was pretty cool that when you do trade with those games you can see the R/S trainer....in the emerald edition clothes...I like that alot.​

Hey guys....

Pokemon Rocks America is coming up this weekend, pretty awesome stuff going on there, be sure if your gonna go to check everything out this Sat. If you could, please post it here or anywhere, let us know how it was.​

Plus there is rumor going around that the PKMN Center in NYC is not the only store. There is a site reporting that TRU(toysrus) is selling the limited edition CHARIZARD/VENUSAUR GBA SP's thru Nov.
I can't confirm this, at least until Sat. when I go back home from school but if it is true they are supposedly selling the SP's for 79 bucks at certain days only, so make sure you know when those days are....I will try to find out more this weekend...here's what the site reports could it be true.....please let it be so....!!! I hope that it is cuz then its less of a hassle for me to get it personally than online.​

Hey everyone,​

Big news has been announce, looks like there is more pokemon gaming to come as the release of the Nintendo DS is coming soon!!! Pokemon Diamond and Pearl are set to be released around Fall/Winter of 2006. This isn't confirmed as of yet, but it maybe that the game has a whole bunch of more critters to catch, so we might expect to see Gonbe make his appearance. Also the game will have new and improved graphics....of course, and a new RPG type format, wonder how thats gonna turn out. Thats all that learned of the games so far, but you bet that I will try to be on top of things as soon as news because available.​

heheh i was shocked when i saw that on serebii...hope more info comes out soon...and better pokemon! hehe! can't wait what the trio of legendaries will look like! Not to mention the main legendaries (like groudon and kyogre was) and of course the "get from nintendo only" pokemon!

Sorry, but this is where I have to draw the line. This topic's already getting pretty long and is originally supposed to be about FireRed/LeafGreen. I didn't mind when you added Emerald to the mix since it's nearly the "same generation". But if you want to start talking about Pearl & Diamond, the DS system, or any other "next generation" stuff, please start a different topic or contribute to any already-existing P&D threads.

P.S. Please rename the topic back to "FireRed/LeafGreen".

ok guys....some bit of emerald info today...​

Looks like some of the abilities like Keen Eye and hustle have an added bonus to them. Unfortunately they only effect wild pokemon, mainly to help trainers capture certain rare pokemon...or higher/lower level pokemon. Some of these abilities also make it so you can have more trainer battles...frequent calls from trainers and stuff. Doesn't hurt to have these added effects...wondering what all the effects are....here you go...thanks SPP!!!​

Hey guys....​

Looks like NY is getting a chance to get Deoxys at where else, but PCNY. Pretty cool....its part of a four (separate weekend) day event, they're calling it THE FOUR DAY FIESTA!!!! lol.....alot of stuff to do as well....they will start off with a GBA tournament on the 23rd of this month. The 24th will be a TCG tourney, the 30th/31th will be a costume contest, to go with halloween..lol. So if you are going to NY during those dates, or live around PCNY, head out and get your chance at catching Deoxys. Here's a link to more info​

Can you show me just how to use mystery gift if I dont have any wonder news and wonder cards? just how do you get wonder cards and wonder news for Firered. I just want to know and stop screaching other sites.
 
I'm not sure if this is what you are asking for, but i hope this helps !! Even so, after entering the phrase and unlocking the mystery gift tab on your game, that is as far as you can go, since there have been no other nintendo events to unlock Deoxys, Ho-oh, and Lugia. We will have to wait for a while....

Hey guys....just that i mentioned that there might be a date change in the release date for Emerald. So far I got April 9th or 10th, several sites have already posted this up, so im not bothering to post any links, but it seems like NOA wants to put it early, which is always a plus on my book.....
 
Anyone care to comment if the features in the new Emerald game are good enough to appeal to people and buy it?? Oh I kinda forgot, but Nintendo Power has some nice pics and a bit of info, nothing new really, about the least game, the pics are old too, but nice enough to see them blown up for a change. Go pick up a copy.

Hey guys, nintendo is having a contest on who is the best Pokemon Battle Frontier Brain. Registration starts now til the 14th of March. The games start on the 15th-31st, and the top 8 get a trip to Seattle to face off at the space needle. Winner gets all expense paid trip to Japan and visit the Pokemon theme park!!!!!

Just wanted to make sure u guys know, that by now most of the big chain stores, best buy, circuit city, etc. are now taking pre-orders for PKMN Emerald.
