Update to TPCi's Contact Information

    I just tried sending an email to the Customer Service address that we've been using since the switch to the Pokemon.com website. It sent me back an automated response like this:

    Looks like there's a new way of contacting PCI, and it doesn't use email! Thoughts?

    "Ask a Question". It's an online form to fill out. Probably easier than either of the two email types too...

    And not subject to the spam blackhole. I've had at least one player that couldn't get through to customer service at all due to that.

    does that mean I need to resend an email to the new account, even if I already got an automated message?

    @ DonphanAtoZ: If you have a ticket number from the old system I wouldn’t worry about it. We will address all the tickets in the old system before we shut it down. :thumb:

    Also as a general note for everyone: Please take the time to log in and follow the instructions in order to make sure your inquiry is routed correctly. We have already seen some folks sending emails to the Prodhelp email address when their inquiry has nothing to do with problems with their TCG products. We already mention it where the email address is listed but I can't stress this enough:

    Now you know, and knowing is half the battle. :cool:

    I'll just link to the form in the original post, as I'm certain that's what many ppl want to find.

    Well, scratch that idea. Looks like the submission form is linked 100% to your Player Account by URL.

    Just make sure that you're logged in to the Pokemon website, and you should be fine.

    i cannot log in succesfully since it loops me around.
    what i mean is that sign in link got me to my account
    but not right badk to support center
    please help

    Jason, make sure you log out of the pokemon.com website first.

    Can this be fixed, however? It's really annoying to log out, go back to the support page, log in again, etc.
