Special thanks to mysterioustrainer who did the bulk of this work. I've just updated it with the recent changes.

Modified Legal List.

Perfect! Except you forgot the (eff. 9/30) on the multi techincal machine from Expedition, which I almost put in my deck because of that...

Updated.
I expect I'm also missing the BS2 Pikachu, but I'd need someone to confirm it's the reprint of the BS one and to provide me with its set number.

Great article =). But are these:
EX: Dragons(a compass with a dragon's eye in it symbol)
Magneton #35/97 Uncommon
Bagon #49/97 Common
Magnemite #61/97 Common
Numel #69/97 Common
Torchic #77/97 Common

and a few others from rotated out sets legal?

Thanks.

Yep!
That's why I listed them. The EX Trainer Kit set reprinted them so they're legal.

This will be great for when I sort out all my Trainer Cards and put away everything that isn't legal anymore, and Pokemon for that matter.

By the way, I don't know if you still need it, but...

BS2 Pikachu is a reprint of Base Set Pikachu, and is 87/130, and is of course a common.

LC Pikachu is Jungle Pikachu, so you don't even have to worry about that one.

Props out to Pop and MysteriousTrainer, this is sure to help a lot of people.

PS: You're missing a bracket on the POP SERIES 2 BOOSTERS thing, on the first bracket for making the text bold.

Maybe a disclaimer is needed for the RS-ON modified in France, Portugal, Brazil, and Spain will use the Modified (RS–On) format.

Also missing Energy Recycle System from RS set.

Energy Recycle System #81/109 Uncommon

Good Eye Shukuen! And this does help out a lot to know what we can and can't use!

No, that's Energy Restore.
Similar, but different.

I'm not sure if it's ok to ask this here but.....

how many cards are in HLon modified? Not including repeats but including Series 2. I think it's 728.

What about Blackstar Promo Beldum? It's a reprint of the Beldum from Hidden Legends (the one w/ Magnetic Call)

Is that the Latios/Latias thing or the recently released RS Blazikin/Gardevoir. And either way is it listed?
