Hey everyone, after seeing a few posts around here about local tournaments that helps players prepare for the upcoming city championship, I decide I should host one as well.

Time: November 16th 2008, 11:30AM to 5:00PM
** Please don’t be late, we want to have enough time for the top cut matches **

Rules: The tournament will be the Modified Constructed Format, and this is NOT Age Modified Swiss pairings, which means all age divisions, will play together. Use of Japanese cards is ok, but you must provide the English translation outside of your deck. Also please bring your POP ID #, and NO proxies, thanks.
