ok I am new to the vgc community and have a couple of questions

1st Are drizzle/swift swim teams legal in vgc competition, same for drought?

2nd What are good pokemon to use?

If you have to ask it makes me think you're already familiar with a certain competitive Pokemon video game community. There's a VGC board there that will get you the help you need as well. VGC doesn't have any weird bans like that. If it's legal in Battle Subway / Global Battle Union, it's legal in VGC.
