I have never made a dedicated VGC team, so i thought i'd give it an attempt. Any fixes aprreciated.

Mamoswine @ Persim Berry
Jolly, 252/252/4 Att/Sp/HP
Protect
Icicle Crash
Earthquake
Rock Slide

Main Sweeper, and who i figure i'd lead with most times. He is made to perfectly combo with Tornadus. First turn, if there are no immenent threats, Mamo will either Protect while Tornadus uses Tail Wind, or Go for an offensive move while Tornadus Taunts a threat or uses Swagger, raising Mamoswine's attack by two, while Persim Berry cures Confusion. He beats dragon types into the Ground once he outspeeds them with Tail Wind, and hits things like Metagross like a truck with Earthquake.

Tornadus @ Focus Sash?
Bold 252 HP, 252 Sp. Def/4 Def ?
Swagger
Tail Wind
Taunt
Hurricane/Air Slash

As detailed with Mamo, this Tornadus is just a utility Poke. Tailwind turns my giant offensive threats into speeding bullet trains, while Swagger can be used to boost my Mamoswine, or put dedicated Special Attackers in sticky situations. Taunt prevents Trick Room team, status conditions, and the like while the last move is a STAB filler incase Tornadus sticks around long enough to pull off everythign else it needs to.

Chandelure @ Balloon
Modest 252/252/4 SpAtt/Sp/HP
Shadow Ball
Heat Wave
Energy Ball
Sub

Speaking of offensive Pokemon. This thing will decimate teams with help from Tail Wind, having the powerful Heat Wave to deal heft damage to both opposing Pokemon. Balloon allows him to avoid Earthquake damage from Mamoswine, Shadow Ball is STAB and ENergy Ball covers bulky Waters/Grounds that could laugh off his other attacks. Sub is a ifller move against predicted Protects.

Abomasnow @Scarf
Naive, 188 Speed, 252 Sp. Attack, 68 attack
Blizzard
Bulldoze
Wood Hammer
Ice Shard

The first three Pokemon all cmae together very quickly for me. From there, i looked for ways to minimize threats to the team. It delas with Hyper Offense/Sword and Shield and Trick Room teams. The next main problem would be weather teams, and while Rain would soot me genie better, i felt the threat of Swift Swimmers/Chlorofillers and Sand Streams demanded i employ the only weather starter who couldnt boost Pokemon's speed; Abomasnow. I gave him a Scarf so he can outspeed things like Garchomp without Tailwind, and his set was made to work with the best moves Abomasnow would have in doubles. If i dont see weather ont he opposing team, i probably wont bring him, but he's neccisary regardless.

Thundurus @ Life Orb
Naive 252 Speed/252 Speed/4 HP
Discharge
Smack Down
Hidden Power Ice
Focus Blast

Another perfect Mamo partner, Discharge and Smack Down perfectly compliment Mamoswine's typing. He also gives me my best attacker against Rain teams that Abomasnow has crippled with his anti-weather.

TERRAKION @CB
Jolly 252/Attack 252 Speed /4 HP
Close Combat
Rock Slide
Earthquake
Quick Attack/Giga Impact/X Scissor

The second physical threat, i realized i had more things specially inclined, and needed something that could fill Mamo's footsteps if he was felled too early int he match. Choice Banded Terrakion can decimate almost any singular threat with Tail Wind and Close Combat, or go after both Pokemon with Rock/Quake coverage (Thundurus' Smack Down ensuring Levitate/Flyers dont posse a threat).

Thoughts/Comments/Fixes?

the pokemon them self's look good, but some of the ev spreads could be reworked. the mamoswine is good, but instead of running persim berry try running lum. lum will counter any staus the opponent throws at you and while you may want to set up with swagger, i would use that turn to tailwind or attack. also, the sash would work better on the swine than the tornadus as your already trying to have a bulky tornadus. the tornadus is fine, but if he works for you then good. the chandy and abomasnow look good, but don't run smack down on thunderus. while it may let mamo hit more pokies with EQ its weak and i would rather devote a moveslot to thunderwave so you can cripple pokemon. on the terrakion run quick attack and other than that its fine. maybe add a gastrodon as half of your team is weak to water and weavile hit everything on your team for weakness.
