Pre-registration will close at noon (12:00 pm) Thursday, 13 March 2014. All players pre-registered will receive 3 additional raffle tickets. (5 additional if you registered by 1 March 2014) Additionally, promo items are first come, first served. I have a limited number of Pokémon time-line posters for VG players and a limited number of promo cards for TCG players. ALL pre-registered players will get these items – those registering at the door will get them as long as they are available. Go to Pre-Registration (scroll down for TCG and Side Event pre-reg)
If you still need to book at room at the Double Tree you need to contact Julie at 972.419.7607 and ask for the Pokémon rate. ($89/night) She said there are quite a few rooms still available.
Don’t forget your dried beans for the food drive! Lots of great prizes in the raffle again – Pokémon items, hotel nights, gift cards, and more! You may also donate cash to the Food Pantry and will be entered into the raffle.
