Cards are supposed to have only 1 attack if they have an ability or 2 attacks and no ability. And they don't say the Pokémon's name any more. They say THIS Pokémon. And there's no trainer lock in this format. It's Item Lock. This card is absolutely broken.

Just noticed the second attack's effect does nothing, as after the attack happens, it's their next turn :3
Also why do pokemon have to only have 1 attack and no ability, there's no rule for that.
