I see a load of BIN ones for $3-5.

Even a MAP Gem Mint 10 one is only $32 and yours is only 'near mint'.

What people ask is not necessarily what a card is worth.

I love how the guy says how rare the Vulpix is when he has 3 available.

You probably live in the UK / Europe.
The very last printing of Base Set, which was used in Europe, is the one that was corrected.
Since it wasn't released in the US, it's "very rare" over here.
If you're in the UK, not so rare.

Then I don't see how you have 20 corrected Vulpix from the base set.
From BS2 or from Legendary Collection, sure.
Not from Base Set.
