You know, Pikachu, Charizard and Chikorita always got extra attention. How about those under-rated and weak Pokemon? They're Pokemon too! They want attention too! So, I want some fresh new ideas for those poor Pokemon. These are the Pokemons I thought weak and under-rated:

Tauros
Kangaskhan
Tangela
Sentret + Furret
Aipom
Sudowoodo
Sunkern + Sunflora
Yanma
Murkrow
Pineco + Forttress
Dunsparce (My sister didn't even know what Dunsparce is)
Qwilfish (Only one card made)
Shuckle
Mantine
Stantler
Nosepass
Mawile
Absol
Spinda (I think this is the most under-rated one)
Surskit + Masquerain
Relicanth

Please help these under-rated ones.
For starters:

Tauros (C) 70HP

(C) Stomp 20

(C)(C)(C) Stampede 20x
This attack does 20 damage times the number of your benched Pokemon.

Weakness (F)

(W)(W) Lite-Blue Storm 50
Flip a coin. If tails, this attack does nothing.

(W)(W)(W) Bubble Burst 40

Weakness (L)
Resistance
Retreat Cost (*)(*)

Spinda (C) 60HP

(C) Scramble Fetch 10

Uh, Masquerain wouldn't be {W}--its GB types are Bug/Flying, making {G} the only possible choice for Masquerain ({W} in the attacks isn't out of the picture, though). It's the same for Nincada being able to be both {G} and {F}, while Ninjask can only be {G} (and Shedinja both {G} and {P}). Surskit, being Bug/Water, gets the choice between {G} and {W}.

don't apply weakness and resistance for this attack.

A few erratas:

Kangaskhan EX (Imperial): It wouldn't have any Resistance, being Normal-type in the GB game.

Shuckle (lunatone_solrock): Please be clear with Weakness. {F} generally represents Fighting in the TCG. If you meant Fire, {R} is how it's symoblized.

Mantine (lunatone_solrock): Mantine would have Resistance to {F}, not {G}.

Surskit (lunatone_solrock): I'd think a {L}-none Weakness-Resistance combo would do better for Surskit. Besides, {R} makes no sense for Resistance.

Murkrow (GuardianTIM): It'd have a Weakness nowadays. Personally, I'd make it {L} (Nintendo made Sandstorm Murkrow weak to {F}, which I think makes no sense).

Spinda (GuardianTIM): See Kangaskhan EX.

Relicanth (lunatone_solrock): Water Pokémon don't have Resistance to {R}. Sure it may be part Rock in the GB game (which would make {F} an appropriate TCG type for Relicanth), but that doesn't make {R} appropriate Resistance. Witness all {W} Omanyte, Omastar, Kabuto, Kabutops, and Corsola ever made.

Qwilfish (surfingpika): First off, it's spelled with a w, not a u. Secondly, {L} symbolizes the type, not {E}.

Now a card of my own:

Relicanth
70 HP {F}
Basic Pokémon
The TCG trend started back at Wizards' boards turned out to be wrong.

{W}{W} Water Pulse Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Confused. 30
{F}{F} Rock Throw 30

Weakness: {G}
Resistance: none
Retreat Cost: {C}{C}
