Strategy:
Attach lots of energy to Wailord and heal with Super Deep Dive and switch up a Claw or Root Fossil. Delcatty adds some Energy Draw Poke-Power with Oracle to get what you need. Metal Energy reduces damage to Wailord and can be discarded via Hyper Potion to make Dwindling Wave deal more damage after the heal. Swampert attaches energy quicker with its Water Call Poke-Power. Dunsparce's Strike & Run and Professor Elm's Training Method help with the initial set-up.
