Worlds Promos Will Never Be a Card That Has Already Be Printed in JPN... Why?? Look!!

I have just made an interesting discovery... All of the people that said Charizard would be the promo what were you thinking... The Promo Card Will always be a card that has " NEVER " been released in jpn... i can tell you this cause the JPN players want it so badly so that means there must be no other way to get it... Also refer to the fact that it is the only card that doesnt have a 027 in the corner... meaning that it is not the same and has never been printed... My Opinion is that you cant guess the promo card cause it will always be a complete brand new card... that has never been released...

Tropical wind is a wizards promo in japan, I saw it in that major promo collector guy's binder. That disproves your theory.
 
Ya Tropical Wind was already released in Japan. Although, even with that its the principle reason I said it wouldn't be Charizard. It just didn't make sense.
 
You can't make a pattern out of one instance. Let's see what happens next year.
 
Last Year = Tropical Wind.
This Year = Tropical Tidal Wave
Next Year = Tropical Rain Storm
In 2 Years = Tropical Heat
In 3 Years = Tropical Island

What do you think?

I seriously hope not, though it does look like they're trying to make a tropical trainer card pattern...

Now, since Charizard wasn't the worlds promo, when will we get it, if ever?
