As for the speed stat. I would like it more if they removed the speed "tie" and just make it if 2 Pokemon share the same speed at the same time, both Pokemon would attack at the same time and hit each other. Of course the game will take boost and other stuff in account.
This way it removes that luck factor of and people saying "I lost because the game let him move first".
