4. I AM more than willing to send anywhere outside of the Continental US, but I am not responsible for lost of cards/damaged cards (unless service is paid for). I keep all receipts from the post office to show I sent out, as well as fill out International Customs Forms, anything other than that is out of my hands (again, unless you paid for the service).
