I said I'd keep this contest going, and I will. Just because I wait until several weeks past the deadline to grade cards doesn't mean I won't. And, since I took so long, there's really no excuse for not posting cards. Everyone who didn't post all their cards, shame on you.
Anyway, now that I'm not focusing on the Werewolf game or building my Cities deck I should be able to grade cards faster. (Faster is relative; it does not mean "on time")

Weakness: :fire: +10
Resistance: :water: -10
Retreat Cost: :colorless

Picture: Bulbasaur is glowing brightly with the sun shining right behind it, it looks similar to when pokemon evolve but you can see Bulbasaur.

Strategy: Bulbasaur is the basic of the line and serves its purpose, helping you get our Venusaur faster. The weak basic is here to help balance out the strong evolution line.

(R)(C) Boiling Poisons 30
The defending pokemon is now poisoned and burned.
(R)(R)(R)(R) Solar Blast 120
Flip a coin. If tails discard all (R) energy cards attached to Venusaur.
Weakness: :fire: +40
Resistance: :water: -30
Retreat Cost: :colorless:colorless:colorless

The Solar Blast looks similar to a normal Solar Beam but holds the red and orange colors of fire. The sky is dark and the burning fire shows a bright contrast to the black sky and the stars.

Strategy: Venusaur can help to give your pokemon a lot of :fire: energy quickly by burning through your deck. It also has a powerful attack that has a 50% chance that it does serious damage without any drawbacks! The amount of card you will throw into the discard can be used by pokemon like Infernape Lv.X for Flare Blitz, Blaziken or Typhlosion to help recycle the discarded energy or even an abundance of energy recycle to help keep yourself from decking out.

Spoink δ Lv.12 HP50 (R)
Basic

[.] Revenge Singe
During your opponent's next turn, when the Defending Pokemon attacks, your opponent must discard an energy card attached to that Pokemon.

(C) Bounce On 10
If the Defending Pokemon is a Basic Pokemon, your opponent can't attach an energy card from his or her hand to that Pokemon during his or her next turn.

W: (P)+10
R:
RC: 1

Picture: A Spoink bounceing in a field, surrounded by small flames. There are scorch maks at intervals in the field.

Strategy: This will completly mess with your opponent in early game, you can eith prevent energy from being applied, making the Pokemon useless and potentialy unable to retreat, or do the metiphorical equivelent of kicking sand at them with a discard. It isn't noteworthy itself, but will be good at slowing down opponents.

Picture: A Grumpig leaping above a Starly. It would apear that Starly was attacking, and Grumpig dodged.

:ppowr: Competative Agility
Once during your opponent's turn, you may use this power. If your opponent used a trainer card, attack, or Poke Power to attach an energy card to one of his or her Pokemon, you mayuse the same effect. This Power can't be used if Grumpig δ is effected by a Special Condition.

(R)(R)(R) Firebomb 10x
Discard all energy in play. This attack does 10 damage for each energy discarded in this way.

W: (P)+30
R: (F)-20
RC: 2

Picture: Grumpig surrounded by an absolute expolsive inferno.
Strategy: Grumpig Lv.X couples with Spoink in the sense of energy manipulation. Firebomb can devistate your opponent's energy supply, meaning they'll have to use aceleration :)biggrin:), or suffer.

W - [W]+20
R - [G]-20

There is a Staryu attached to a rock besides a stream filled with algae. The Staryu is glowing green, and on the other side of the rock there is a sleeping Seedot.

Red Team finally won, Blue Team, vote someone out by November 20th.

Pokepockets has been eliminated from the Blue team, round 4 is starting.

This round, you have to make a Trainer, Supporter, or Stadium that benefits one or both of the evolution lines you made. It shouldn't be in an incredibly obvious way, no "If you have Dialga in play, draw 5 cards" effects or something equally lame. More like a Tool that lowers retreat cost if your final evolution had a high retreat cost, or something like that.

You guys should all know what this stuff means by now...

Deadline is Dec. 10th. I expect cards to be posted this time...

Another thing I need to tell you, please don't use excessive smileys. If you really want to use the PokePower/Body symbols, or don't understand the Energy abbreviations, it's okay to use some, but I don't want to have to remove smileys to stay under the image limit.

Are you ever going to rate the cards? Mods, I know this is kinda old, but if the contest is still on it shouldn't matter. Just please don't infract me.

Yeah, if anyone else still cares. Since you at least posted, I'll grade the cards tomorrow night.
