Zubat's self control body says - "Zubat can't be paralyzed"

If I paralyze my opponent's active pokemon, then they swoop! teleporter for zubat, is he still paralyzed?

No, it says it can't be paralyzed. That's the way it is, just like if you rock something with a DRE attached down to basic, it's discarded.
