Not bad. I would recommend some Psychic Energy. Depending on the Scyther (I'm guessing Jungle for this), I would 3 or 4 Grass Energies to Psychics. After all, almost half of your Pokemon are your Slowking line-- might as well give them the chance of being able to attack. While your at it, you might even change some of your Energies for Rainbow Energy-- more for Sneasel, and you can use them for Scyther's Swords Dance or Slowpoke/Slowking's attacks. Also, consider Oaks over Elms-- discarding your hand is better than losing Trainer play when half of your deck is Trainers. Finally, consider Item Finder-- bringing back discarded Trainers can be very useful.

EDIT
One more suggestion: Computer Search. Sometimes, you just need that one particular card.
