OK, here's another league season tournament deck requirement list for the grass season.

1. Modified (Rocket On)
2. No Rainbow, Darkness, Metal or Miracle Energy cards.
3. No Sneasal (Neo Genesis)
4. Grass Pokemon get 10 more HP and if they do damage, they do 10 more damage. They didn't indicate if it was attack damage only that would do 10 more damage, so I'll have to ask about that at the next league.

They were talking about not playing weakness and resistance, which I would be against, since I would like to build a fire and water deck.

What Pokemon do you think would be the best for this tournament if weakness and resistance is in effect?

Hoppip, Skiploom, and Jumpluff I think would be lethal in such a setup. The boosted 10 damage makes their already awesome energy economy even better. Imagine a 40 HP pokemon with 1 energy attack for 30 damage with free retreat. That gets things going way fast.
Any of the grass evolution lines would do great too. If the bonus applies to doing damage to the bench as well, Dark Arbok would be vicious with Poison Vapor and Brock's Golbat with Spiral Dive.
A lot of the little Grass basics would do nicely as well.

You know a good idea would be to post your deck and then list the parameters of the tournament. Please post again when you have built your deck.
