You know what`s funny Jim?When I first read the card(It was a box topper I was given at a 7-Eleven),I knew I seriously had to get more than my 3 copies for our collections of Scizor to make a deck. So,to make a long story short,I was asking around today at SBZ to trade for some and this kid laughed at me and told me it sucked.I was rotflmbo. Yes I never saw the power of that card until I had to play against it.

Yes it basically caused me to end up losing my battle in the top 4.

It all came down to whether or not I could flip heads with tail crush for my last prize, I didn't and was ko'd the following turn. (I was playing Kabulix it netted me top 4,(3rd place basically)and the junior trophy)

anyway the guy took like 4 prizes with his 3 metal and 1 rainbow on a Scizor [Frown]

Anyway, this guy ended up winning (yes with the Scizor)his deck was really strange it was:
Forretress/exp. Vileplume/Scizor/Steelix

Grimers will eventually clog the path to my brain and take over my body.

Grimer, how many times do I have to tell you mud pies don't actually have mud in them, so they're not going to help you evolve into Muk!

Dogbertland will have thrilling rides like "the wedgie" and I'll have a maze in front of the restrooms.-Dogbert

Nobody in Michigan played scizor=/.

The main decks were Kingdra/Steelix, Steelix/Buzz, Kingdra and FeraligatrE and Feral/sect.

Water dominated the entire day with my Feraligatr/Metal taking the Senior Championship and Dylan Austins Feraligatr/Sect taking the Junior Championship.

Kingdra Steelix is WAY OVERATED!

Well after the SBZ, it probably changed. I'm thinking more...

1. Scizor/Water: From what I hear it is a beast and will never be errated. It will just have to be countered and dealt with like all other beasts.

2. Espeon/Light Golduck: This can counter any Scizors with Light Golduck. Just an overall good deck. I might be looking toward this if my deck goes wrong in the future.

3. Light Dragonite/AQ Espeon: This is pretty decent with the elite Power and all. It stops Steelix/Scizor, and some other stuff. Plus it kills Kingdra with it's Centering self too. ;\

4. Expedition Alakazam (You know I love it ;\): Nice meta-ability. It can counter a lot. I personally like it because of its versatility. It can Eeeeeeek, Mean Look/Feint Attack, and use the opponent's attack as well. Not only that, but it has its own attack as well, which is a killer too nonetheless.

5. Kingdra/Steelix: From what I hear it is overrated, but it can still win some. It used to be straight Kingdra, but needed more power so in comes Steelix and his beastly self. And somehow it works.

Some other shiz not to forget:
Expedition Feraligatr
Jumpluff - Annoying
NocLock
Dark Blastoise

If Scizor is #1 you have to include Light Dragonite/aq espy/center in the top 5. It shuts metal/rainbow off and is easy to keep alive with espy's power, boost, center, and nurse. I posted a version that I made top 8 @ the MI SBZ with the tourney section. It still needs work but it played well. I also saw a player do well in a water rich environment with a water weak ho-oh deck. He played weakness gaurd to stay alive. Don't rule out a fire.

So ushers in the golden age of Modified.

We should start a census on the winning decks to check this: [Wink]
At the Atlanta SBZ I was amazed to see about 4 EnCargo decks. MP Mariah made it to #2 with one. Her daughter Maria played an Espeon/Light Golduck deck for #1. Indigomaster played a Kindra/Steelix deck quite well and would have finished higher but for one of those goofs he'll laugh about later.
At the Nashville SBZ I saw a couple of neat decks. One was an Amphy/Dark Raichu deck that finally went down to SuperSpyMewtwo. In the tops were a Poliwrath/Starmie deck, Crobat/Pluff, Boost Dragon, Dark Ttar.
Anyone that had their doubts that modified is good for the game should give it up. Modified rules!
