I want to try Ho-Oh because he's the main guy in this deck.(the deck's name)
Are you sure about playing Chaos Gyms?
The reason why I can't play Cleffa is because it is too hard to get nowathis.

+ 2 Challenge(to get Entei & Slugma out fast)

i think i liked the first version better. try this:
-2 Tyrouge
+2 Cleffa
-4 Time Capsule
+4 Nightly Garbage Run
i think the original version of the deck was good already. i also can't see the use of recycle much, aside from retreating.
