Which Hoppip, Skiploom, and Jumpluff? Only advice I can give is to watch out for Fire-- I hear it's popular in Modified.

Is there any particular reason to use Rainbow Energy? I only see one type of Energy needed. If not, change them to grass energies or switch them for support basics.

Good reason. My last comment on this deck is that, since Steel-types are usually resistant to grass, it may be difficult to beat a Steel-based deck with this one. Other than that, and the Fire Weakness, I really don't see anything to watch out for.
