I've been not playing pokemon and i decided to enter the sbz so here's my deck
Pokemon: 15
Onix x 1 (southern island)
Onix x 3 (neo genesis)
Steelix x 3
cleffa x 3
murkrow x 3
Elekid x 2
Trainers: 27
Elm x 4
gold berry x 4
copycat x 3
forest guardian x 3
double gust x 4
switch x 2
professor oaks training method x 3
power charge x 2
Bill x 2
Energy: 18
Dark x 4
Steel x 4
Rainbow x 4
Recycle x 3
Potion x 3
My strategy is to just get out steelix as quickly as possible and attack, i use murkrow
if i cant get steelix out fast or if i need to finish a pokemon on the bench

I know it's a weird sagestion, but you could try taking one of those Onix, and replacing it with a Base version. Although it's attack (Rock Throw 10 damage) is week, it has Harden with will defend a 90 HP pokemon.
