This is another of my "just for fun" decks, but this one has better strategy than Venomoth's... and it is unlimited, if you wanted to know.
Future Sight Deck:
Pokémon(21): 4 Drowzee (TR) 3 Hypno (Fossil) 2 Unown O 2 Unown T 2 Sentret (Aq) 3 Kangaskhan (Aq) 3 Hothoot (NG) 2 Noctowl (NG)
Trainers(19): 3 RSA 3 The Rocket's Trap 3 Lass 3 Psychic Cube 2 Pokédex 3 Lt. Surge's Sectret Plan
Energy(20): 3 Recycle 4 DCE 13 Psychic
Strategy: This deck is made to let you know the cards in each player's deck and even your opponent's hand, Kangaskhan, Hypno and Pokédex let you rearange the cards you need and give you a chance of studying the cards you might draw in the next few turns; while Sentret and Unown O help you look at your opponent's deck and gain some information about what will your opponent draw, and how much those cards will help him or her, Hypno can even rearrange your opponent's cards! Then we have hand denial cards like RSA, Trap, Noctowl, Lass, Unown T and Lt. Surge's SP; those cards may give you much needed information about what to do next, and disrupt your opponent's hand at the same time.
Well, that's the deck, hope you like it!

The deck looks pretty good. I think it would not be dumb, if you added some Impostor Oak's Revenges. You could use them when your opponent has a full hand. After IOR he/she has only 4 cards, and with Noctowls, RSA, Rocket's Traps you have more fun only.

Also consider Fossil Omanyte-- see your opponent's hand without playing a specific trainer. Now you'll know almost as much about your opponent's deck as he does!

I'll make space for 2 IOR, but I don't know what should I drop for 2-3 Fossil Egg and 2 Omanyte. The deck now looks like this:
Future Sight Deck:
Pokémon(21): 4 Drowzee (TR) 3 Hypno (Fossil) 2 Unown O 2 Unown T 2 Sentret (Aq) 3 Kangaskhan (Aq) 3 Hothoot (NG) 2 Noctowl (NG)
Trainers(19): 3 RSA 3 The Rocket's Trap 3 Lass 3 Psychic Cube 2 Imposter Oak's Revenge 3 Lt. Surge's Sectret Plan
Energy(20): 3 Recycle 4 DCE 13 Psychic
I wanted to make space for Prophecy Xatu, but I want to keep Hypno, Kangaskhan and Noctowl. Any more fixes?

Are you sure you mean Lt. Surge's Secret Plan, as opposed to Secret Mission? LSSP lets you hide a card as a Basic-- Secret Mission lets you peek at the opponent's hand, then discard whatever cards you want to draw as many. Other than that, since you have Aq Sentret, try to find room for one more of it and 2 Aq Furret. They don't fit the theme, but Furret is very useful as an energy searcher. By the way, what does RSA stand for?
