These are the things I see in the deck:

1 of a card - You have a 1/54 chance of drawing these cards. If there in your prizes, your in a hole without a shovel. You just cannot rely on having only one of a card that you are planning to use alot. You will NEVER see a good deck with only one Sneasle, or one slowking. They will ALWAYS add in more so you have more chances to use that pokemon even if one of them gets knocked out. 1 Nightly Garbage Run will not help at all getting back all your thrown away/knocked out pokemon.

Too many evolution lines - You have 5 evolution lines. The good part is that together they only use two types of energy but still. While your trying to power up one evolution, they will just gust up another weak evolution for an easy kill. All of your first-second turn pokemon are weak and compared to a second turn sneasle, they stand NO chance.

No drawing power - You can beat alot of people when you are at an advantage in places to your opponent. These situations are:
-Pokemon Advantage: Bigger, Better Pokemon, and more of them.
-Card advantage: more cards, more choices, more chance of getting that awesome combo that wins the game
-Prize advantage: When you only have a few prizes left, your opponent will act more safe then before. They won't go out on a rope and like they would before. Its like your lowering their confidence.

Your deck has no card advantage. How do you get more card advantage you ask? Put cards like Professor Oak, Professor Elm, or Bill in your deck. They all allow you to draw more cards and start with new cards and with that a new chance to win. Without these, any deck is doomed. You can ask anybody, you have to be REAL talented to dominate in a trainer-less, drawing-less deck. Like I said, more cards is better. Oak, Elm, Bill all help you get more cards.

I think if you took out some lines, set down and thought about stragies other then stuff like "get out all these pokemon and dominate" and stuff like "if I use card a while card b in on the bench then blah blah blah, i win," the deck would be alot better. Also, put in more amounts of the cards instead on 1. Nobody can rely on one of a card in their whole deck, well unless you believe in the heart of the cards(YGO pun).
Its very simple. If you need to form a new deck and you don't know where to start, or what cards do, I would advise you to go to a site like pokemonzeo.com. They have a awesome scan archive, in which you can go thru many sets and read the cards and compose a stragegy. Or you may go to pojo.com/pokemon.html and go to their spoiler and read every set, but with no pictures. I wish you good luck on fixing your deck. Remember, you only have 60 spaces for cards, use them wisely.
