You need some help so
-1 elekid(you are just weaker to pichu
-2 capsule(helps gatr too much IMO)
+2 NGR
-3 IOR(i dont like this card too much)
+1 sneak
+1 DG
+2 Murkrow(you are weak to psychic)
-1 baloon
-3 chaos(i dont like it in king decks)
+4 dark
