I got my hands on three Expedition Golems and I thought I would build a Neon deck and here it is;
Blues Boulders
= 16 Pokémon = o4¤ Geodude [Neo Revelation] o3¤ Graveler [Neo Revelation] o3¤ Golem [Expedition] o3¤ Cleffa [Neo Genesis] o1¤ Hitmonchan [Neo Destiny] o1¤ Pickahu [Neo Genesis] o1¤ Gligar [Neo Genesis]
= 28 Trainers = o4¤ Professor Elm o4¤ Bill's Maintenance o4¤ Gold Berry o3¤ Copy Cat o3¤ Professor Oak's Research o3¤ Double Gust o2¤ Time Capsule o2¤ Elm's Training Method o1¤ Healing Field o1¤ Sprout Tower o1¤ Switch
= 16 Energies = 12¤ Fighting o3¤ Recycle o1¤ Full Heal
The strategy is just to get a Golem or two going and just hope I don't face a Feraligatr, which Pikachu would tear apart and when you fix this, remember that I don't have acces to Pokémon Trader.
Special thanks to XanTheRipper who helped me with this deck.

Hey, let me offer you my view and my fix:
Blues Boulders Modified Format˛
Pokemon: 19 4 Geodude (Revelation) 4 Graveler (3 Revelation/1 Expedition) 4 Golem (3 Expedition/1 LC) 3 Cleffa 2 Smeargle (Discovery) 2 Pichu
Energy: 16 14 Fighting 2 Recycle
Trainers: 25 4 Professor Elm 4 Copycat 4 Gold Berry 3 Warp Point 2 Double Gust 2 Focus Band 2 Bill's Maintenance 2 Pokemon Trader 1 Time Capsule
Changes: I got Smeargle (Discovery) in. Play this to help vs the New Gatr. If they have any damage on them, they take 70, cool, eh? The best thing to do in this case, is to damage them as much as you can with Pichu, and then hit them with Smeargle(s), it shouldn't be too hard. They hit Smeargle, play a Gold Berry, yay! My ideal Card Drawing Engine is: 4/4/2/2 Elm/Copycat/Trader/Bill's Maintenance. You don't need a Stadium. There is nothing out there that you REALLY need a stadium for. Let's see. Oh yea, the Warp Point/DG ratio. If you play these cards together you can manipulate it to a Pure GOW-type effect. I find Warp Point more strategic than Switch, but that's just me. I also put in the LC Golem so it can EXPLODE all over your opponent in a tight spot.
Good luck, I'd be more concerned with Kingdra than Feraligatr.
