if you were going to build that deck, replace the best hitmonchans with base since the best has an hp error(only 60) and it must be played as-is ![[Wink]](wink.gif)

I would seriosly advice to play rocket's hitmonchan instead of he normal one, with a focus band it is a beast in modified, i can assure you, play it this way, if rocket's hitmonchan isn't legal in modified still.
