3 Vileplume (EX) 3 Gloom (N1) 4 Oddish (N1) 2 Murkrow (N1) 3 Cleffa (N1) 2 Tyrogue (N2) - 17 pokémon
10 Grass Energy 3 Warp Energy 3 Darkness Energy - 16 energy
4 Professor Elm 1 Oak's Research 3 Copycat 2 Pokémon Trader 2 Elm's Training Method 4 Switch 3 Double Gust 1 Warp Point (Can be very strategic at times ) 4 Gold Berry 2 Town Volunteers 1 Energy Stadium - 33 trainers
I just love this guy's Poké-Power, a chance free poison on every turn, and even if it's just a baby, and just free retreats the poison away, it's a least 10 extra damage on the turn you use it. It's biggest problem is the self-confusion inflicted by his attack, so far with the switching power I have in this deck (4 Switch, 3 Gust, 3 Warp Energy, Warp Point), it hasn't been a problem. Murkrow counters the psychic weakness pretty well, and combos well with Poison Pollen. Everything else is pretty obvious, any suggestions? Edited: Fixed your topic title - one too many "M"s... I had a deck simular to this, but I used an odd combo with Light Ledian and Promo Snorlax.
Plus, Poison + Elekid = Baby killer

Thanks for the input, but erm Wizardmon... you want me to run a 4:2:4 Vileplume line without any Breeders? O.o
Also, you sure about only 2 switches? I mean, Plume induces self-confusion, which screws up the stategy of the deck...

Between a couple of Switches, and 3 Warp Energy, his deck looks fine. (Besides the obvios no Breeders).

Based on the most of your ideas, here is what version 1.1 looks like.
3 EX Vileplume (Only have 3 ) 2 N1 Gloom 4 N1 Oddish 2 Light Ledian 2 N4 Ledyba 2 Murkrow 2 Cleffa 1 Elekid (18 pokémon)
11 Grass Energy 3 Darkness Energy 2 Recycle Energy (16 energy)
4 Professor Elm 3 Copycat 1 Oak's Research 4 Gold Berry 3 Switch 3 Double Gust 2 Town Volunteers 2 Pokémon Breeder 1 Energy Stadium 3 Pokémon Trader (26 trainers)
Strategy's basically the same, except Light Ledian's there now to Flash Touch Plume so he can Petal Dance, yet still be able to Poison Pollen on the next turn. Since Ledian's there, I don't need as many switching powers, so the Warps are gone, and a couple of Recycle are in their place, and Elekid instead of Tyrogue, because as Spectreon said, "Poison + Elekid = Baby killer".
Suggestions? Comments?

I still say drop Murkrow for Promo Snorlax, more HP, and since his Power is what locks them, baby flips dont matter. Draw backs are, 4 Energy to retreat, weakness to fighting, same resistance, and when Flash touched, only puts Defending Pokemon to sleep. So 2 Status Effects a turn are possible.
Then change Darks for Multi TM 1, so Lax can attack, or flip for Kid from the bench. Poison and Kid KO babies without an attack which is wrong , though Kids Power is like attacking.
Also, check out AQ Gloom to help with Steel Pokes my fix on vs 1.1 is
-4 N1 Oddish -2 N1 Gloom -2 Murkrow -3 Dark
+3 EX/AQ Oddish (I would mix weaknesses) +2 EX/AQ Gloom (Mix weakness, plus new power) +2 Snorlax (PromoStar) +3 Multi Tech Mach #1 +1 Elekid (backup, just in case and easier to find)
Dont need much energy here, 1 Grass per Plume, and 4 on Lax. I say 1 on Plume, cause you get Recycle back, and pays the C of GC attack. 1 Grass for Flash Touch, occasionally 3 for Comet. MTM1 will allow Lax to stall while powering, and no attack needed for lock is sweet. Just try to flash touch them first or only attack with Kid.
