I took two of my favorite cards and put them together to make my new deck....
UmbyLix Pokemon= 20 4 Eevee 3 Umbreon (2Dis/ 1 Aq) 2 Espeon (Aq) 3 SI Onix 2 Steelix (Aq) 2 Tyrogue 1 Magby 2 Smoochum (1/1Aq) 1 Unown M
Trainers= 22 3 Bill 3 Bill’s Main 3 Elm 4 Focus Bands 4 Gold Berry 2 Power Charge 1 Town Volunteer 2 Ecogym (to save my energy since it so much special)
Energy= 18 4 Dark 4 Metal 4 Rainbow 6 Psychic
The idea is to get Steelix out first and build Umbreon on the Bench. Then clear out pokemon with no draw backs. I saw a TTar deck like this here, but the feint attack can get through Metal when active. And also, it goes through the Promo Mew's PP. The Aq Espeon is to help get Energy back if Umby or Lix is going to be knocked out. I can have his PP return all of the energy back to my hand and play it where I need it. Aq Smoochum,in my opinion, can be a little pest and her sister helps with the other Special energy since I am playing Ecogym. Otherwise I would go with Tyrogue Aq. Thanks for any fixes.

How will ecogym save your energy? Energy removal is about gone. Also, your "energy removal" smoochums will be ineffective, as you will give your opponents their energy back!
Also, find some cleffas. Drop the Smoochums. Drop the unknown M. At this point in your deck it will LOSE you games.
You have NO defense to a mean look by a Murkrow on unknown M. No switch, no double gust. This looks like a deck my son Pwned at the 15+ Nashville tourney. Mean look=game over for you.
Add 3 switch in, or 3 double gust.
If you "need" a gym in here, go with lucky stadium, or healing fields. Or try Pokemon Park, you may just like it.
Man, change those ESPYs to the REAL espys, not the AQ ones. You will not regret it. Add more power charge to get your energy back effectively if need be.
Play around, see what works for you.
Hope my suggestions helped, looks like a great start on a deck.
