I don't ACTUALLY have LC cards, but, hey, Reprint rule, right?

The deck focuses on several situations:
1: Politoad wipes out big Pokemon
2: Poliwrath for quick KO's
3: Suicune/Double Gust for Babies

i think it's a good concept, but ur only LC cards are Bill and Trader. isn't really "Return of Poli-Madness" here. still good though.
now for my suggestions and fixes:
since u are using LC here, might as well use Breeder to get out some Poliwrath quickly to use Corkscrew Punch (don't breed a Politoed, it will be a sitting tank out there). i also prefer Poliwrath over Politoed, as it works great with Metal Energy, but it's really personal preference. also, 1 of my fave tech can be used here: TR Porygon. with Metal Poliwrath, it can OHKO any pokemon, except probably some fighting-resistant pokemon.
u might also add Resistance Gym here, as there are some pokemon that resist fighting (Crobat!)
