Again, here’s the deck:
Running with Scizors Modified Format
Pokemon: 14 4 Scyther (Promo) 4 Scizor (Discovery) 2 Porygon (Rocket) 2 Cleffa 2 Pichu
Energy: 15 8 Grass 3 Metal 2 Rainbow 2 Recycle
Trainers: 31 4 Professor Elm 4 Misty’s Wrath 4 Erika 4 Focus Band 4 Double Gust 3 Rocket’s Sneak Attack 3 Imposter Oak’s Revenge 3 Nightly Garbage Run 2 Energy Stadium
Basically, the idea is to build up the Scythers. For two Grass Energy, you deal 40, not too shabby. Play the Recycle to the Scyther, retreat off the effect, and send up a free retreater, and keep Strike Slashing. The idea? Multiple Scythers against Gatr with this much disruption won’t give that much hope to the big blue lizard. This Scyther absolutely tears the Gatr family to shreds. For Crobat, evolve to Scizor, after hitting their Zubats and Golbats for some damage if you can. Or if you can, finish the Crobat off with Scyther swarms. Scizor can deal the 40 damage to the Crobat for M. Build up a Metal Scizor, and Double Claw for cleanup. I play 3 Metal/2 Rainbow to help increase the chance of Scyther being able to Strike Slash second turn, as Scyther can benefit from the Rainbow, then as Scyther, and again, if you evolve, novel idea, eh? Next up is big Fire. Ok, yea, this hurts the deck like whoa. However, I threw in one of my absolute favorite tecH cards, Porygon. You Conversion the Poke (with even HP), then finish them with False Swipe. False Swipe isn’t that bad of an attack for one Metal Energy. With my good drawing engine, and nice disruption pattern, I should also have a great setup.
Idea of the deck: Get those Scythers going turn 2 after hitting the opponent with some kind of disruption. Use Double Gust, Recycle Energy, and Energy Stadium to the max to get that effect off of Scyther by Benching it. Use the forementioned strategies against specific big archetypes.
With my computer still in limbo, I am checking this topic only at school. Please, leave feedback, positive or negative, I don’t care. Ideas, are always appreciated, as always. Thanks ahead of time, guys.
Jim

Interesting indeed.... lemme try a quirky fix here....
3 scyther ( promo ) 3 scizor ( neo 2 ) 2 cleffa 2 porygon 2 pichu 2 porygon 2 1 mantine ( neo 4 )
3 rainbow 3 metal 2 recycle 5 grass 4 water
4 elm 4 wrath 3 rsa 2 chaos gym 2 energy stadium 2 gold berry 3 focus band 2 NGR 4 double gust 2 good manners
a variation on this is to drop the manners for an extra RSA and an extra Chaos.
This deck added Mantine for more fire mization, plus gold berry to own crobat bad. you could even tecH in MP mewtwo maybe since I added porygon 2. You can turn all those basic energy to another type for maximum tecHage. Matine Scyther and MP Mewtwo ought to own the archtypes well enough
Plus you get the OHKO combo with porygon. Also, look! the main pokes are MMF legal

just a quick suggestion here:
-1 Scizor +1 Porygon
i really like the False Swipe/Conversion 1 combo, it rulz! i also really like the setup of your deck. quick, but still strong. you covered most archetypes too. except for big fires probably. that's why i think you need at least 1 more Porygon. any big fire pokemon can wipe out Porygon, especially Magcargo (who'd waste 3 fire energy for a Porygon?) adding 1 more would make the deck more usable against big fire. and since you use both Scyther and Scizor for other battles, losing 1 Scizor won't hurt much, coz the main focus is both of them anyway. it would still be easy to get out 1 Scizor while having enough Porygon to tech big fires.
great deck, really. ![[Bounce]](graemlins/jump.gif)
-------------------- that was my 2 cents. don't steal it or anything, it's just 2 cents, nothing more...
Proud Anti-Archetype... Originality rulz!!!
Misty: Aw, how cute! Dexter: "Vulpix, a fox pokemon. (blah blah blah)...very strong flame attack." Vulpix: *uses flamethrower* Misty: Yes it does... *faints*
