I built this deck for a tournament i am going to next week.
Dragon Turtles

Any suggestions would be helpful.

In my personal experience, this will most likely make your deck run Smoother. May also consider dropping 1 other card (most likely Energy) for a stadium, Either Rockets Hideout or Energy Stadium. Use Promo Cleffa with Oracle, or Oracle can set up next 2 turns. Fisherman an be a life saver. Dont think that all your drawing should come from supporters. 1 per turn rules make it hard to get and use cards you need. Oak or Copycat is personal prefferance, and Kingdra is added for extra power. Another cards you may wanna add is Water Cube #1. Center and Nurse with AQ Kingdra can do and stall alot better than Potions and Moo-moo.

Thanks for the help, but my card collection is kind of small.
I only have one Kingdra, one promo cleffa, and no more focus bands. I also don't have any nurses, fishermen or oracle.
I am thinking about adding 2 Elm, 2 Centers, Maybe 4 Berry in place of the 4 Potion, and maybe an energy stadium or two, or would one copy of each stadium work better?
Should I add in my one Kingdra, or not?

Which Kingdra??? All 3 are strong, you can also use the Neo3 one, it is great (personal fave modified card). I figured with some of the cards you where using that you had a limited selection. Do you have genesis Cleffa. If so since you dont have Oracle anyways, use that, or a 1/1 of each. yes add the 2 elms, and the centers, more if you have them.
Do you have any of these cards???? Card to the right is original suggestion, left is possible replacement if you have.....
Fisherman-Energy Retrieval/Super Energy Retrieval
Kingdra (How many, which sets?)
Towns Volunteers-Time Capsule
Cleffa(Promo)-Cleffa (Genisis)/Kangaskahn(AQ)
Nurse- Pokecenter/Gold Berry (if not, then Moomoo)
Oracle-Forrest Gardian/Trader/Bill
Elm-Bill
Focus Band...... hmmm, no real replacement 1 free card. Maybe a Fan Club if you have it.
Well, maybe you will have some of those, or get them fairly easily. Most are commons or uncommons, people will trade Time Capsule for next to nothing now that Volunteers is out. There really isnt a bad Kingdra card released yet, they are all Powerfull, and hand. Add 1 AQ if you have it, and maybe 1-2 Rev, if not then Genesis is good too. Just make sure all your draw power isnt Supporters!!! Once per turn is not very fast in modified anymore. I have had turns where I Cat/Oak, Elm, and Eeeeeeek, 2-3 Shuffles per turn is annoying, but good speed.

Well my internet has been off for most of the week so I wasn't able to check the posts. Thanks for the help Spectreon. I did a lot af experementing with this deck. This is the version I used at the tournament i went to, I placed third out of ten people.
