Topic: hey, big tournament tomorrow (please help and grass deck!)

hello everyone. supprisingly enough, every kid in my neighborhood still likes pokemon. starting tomorrow, my block set up a little tournament/ competition to see who is the "champion". streets here are divided into horizontal 4 in a row blocks. there are 2 streets competing. theres about 16 people competing set up like this- neighbors vs neighbors, winner competes aginsed the other neighbor winner. neighbor winner is block champion. the 2 sides of the street send the block champions to compete. winner is street champion. then, of the 2 streets, street champions comete. winner is the top player until next year. i have2 decks, a grass (ps, all decks must be rocket on)PLEASE FIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love grass decks, so I'll help you out here. First, take out either the butterfree or beedrill lines. I'd suggest taking out butterfree, because Kakuna can stall for a good amount of time.
If you have them, add Rocket's Scythers and Yanma. Yanma can be a good Steelix killer and Rocket's scyther is just cool. Destiny heracross can also be a powerful ally, doing 60 damage for 3grass.
Add some colorless or non-fire weak grass(The Zubat line works wonders). Then you won't crumble under Entei fire decks.
25 energy and energy arks! ![[Dropjaw]](graemlins/dropjaw.gif) Take out the energy arks, ballon berrys (your main attackers have retreats of 1 or 2, not that much), and the moo-moo milks. If you don't want to take out the milks, add gold berrys, they work better.
Don't forget Cleffas and Professor elms. they make for a faster deck.
For discard manipulation, use Nigthly garbage. It's better than any type of rod.

Is this deck in modified format?
I doubt this deck could be the champion.
So, here's my fix.

2x Pichu/Elekid/Magby/Tyrogue

4x Darkness Energy

2x Nightly Garbage Run
2x Breeder's Field
This deck COULD win Feraligatr and has a very high chance of losing to Fire decks such as Magcargo, Typhlosion and Entei.

Scyther is a Grass Pokemon, Scizor is not(HAHAHA!!!)
