ok ur forgeting some stuff, light ledian vs kabulix, u may take out tops but u forget the "ix" steelix would own this, new arbok is crazy i made a deck with him, man hes good, heavy damage would take this out, every1 techs tyrouge

You need to specify some of your card's sets. Which ledyba, which chincou?

Ugh...I hate topic names like this...

You've got nothing for espeon/ampharos either.

I played a deck with lanturn and NG magmar a while back...your attacks are pretty expensive, and you NEED exp all so you can keep attacking again and again in my expericence. I would make the following changes:

-2 Pokemon Nurse
-4 Gold Berry
-3 Bill

+4 Exp All
+4 Focus Band (You don't have realy High HP's here)
+1 Oak's Research
