*NOTE: The format at the league in my city is Unlimited.

Pokemon (15)
2 Totodile Lv. 20 (Genesis)
1 Totodile Lv. 13 (Genesis)
2 Croconaw Lv. 34 (Genesis)
1 Feraligatr Lv. 69 (Genesis)
3 Clefairy Lv. 19 (Genesis)
2 Paras Lv. 10 (Revelation)
2 Parasect Lv. 30 (Revelation)
1 Magmar Lv. 37 (Genesis)
1 Quilfish Lv. 30 (Genesis)

Trainers (20)
3 Berry
1 Energy Amplifier
1 Energy Flow
2 Energy Removal
2 Focus Band
3 Gust of Wind
1 Heal Powder
1 Misty's Tears
1 Misty's Wrath
2 Nightly Garbage Run
1 Poke Ball
1 Pokemon Breeder
1 Professer Elm

Energy (25)
25 Water Energy

The idea of deck is to use Clefairy's SquareDance to an average of four water energies out of the deck every turn. The I bring in Feraligatr and Riptide. Lather, Rinse, and Repeat.

The Parasect evolutions are in there because of Parasect's Pokemon Power, Allergic Pollen, which says cards in any player's discard piles are not affected by attacks or trainers. Would this work with Riptide?

A real problem with this deck is protecting the Clefairys long enough to get Water Energy, and Focus Band ain't cutting it.

Yay i had the same deck concept untill my league shut down... but here is what i did.

Pokemon: 20
4 tottodile
4 Croconaw (sweep away)
3 Feraligatrs (riptide)
2 paras
2 pasacts (revolation)
3 cleffas (prettey much is the same as cleffairy but with the baby power and a f. band its deadly [Evil Smirk] )
2 suicune (hollo revolation)

Trainers: 20
4 elms
3 bills
3 mail from bills
3 misty wraiths
4 focus bands
3 traders

NRGS: 20
20 water

realy the strat is the same as yours but with more draw power and less nrgs. So you get out your gatrs and a parasect a cleffa and a suicune. When you start you will either have a suicune a cleffa or somethin to get it like a trader. Put out in the active spot, a cleffa if you have a bad hand. if you have a good one and just need to set up then set out the suicune and let it take damge and stall. when you get ready to attack and downpour put 1 parassect out into the bench and let that extra nrg flow and start lathering rinse and repeat [Angel] [ROFL]
