Ridding the world of Slowking would be nice, but you forgot one thing! Pichu, the ultimate Slowing KOing machine! Hope that helped!
-------------------- The Evolution of Steelix: My many Steelix deck versions: Electro-Crush (Rockets Zapdos) Steel-Slash (Rocket's Scyther) Steelix's Memory (Neo 3 Aerodactyl) Whirpool Crush (Umbreon, Dark Vaporeon) Crush Down (Arcanine) Kabulix (Kabutops) Steeleon (Espeon, holo Discovery)
And maybe more to come!
New Project: Swap n' Memory Raging (Aerodactyl [Revelation], Alakazam [Base/LC])
Espeon is 1!

Pichu doesn't do anything to slowking anymore. Most competetive slowking decks play 3+ pokemon centers... you hit them all for 60 and center... start all over again. Nice deck by the way.

You don't need iggly. If I was playing slowking and saw Grimer go down, I wouldn't even bother. Then again some people don't think that way...

You have too many cards. There are actually 21 energy cards as written. With a 2 color deck I'd probably change that to:
6 Psychic 6 Grass 4 Rainbow
Murkrow can use the Rainbow.
I'd also put in Switches instead of balloon berry. They're just better.
I'd also think about reducing the grimer/muk line. 4/3 seems excessive when it's best feature is its Pokemon Power.

Don't forget Lily Pad Mew. Gusting up and confusing a Slowking--wasting its Balloon Berry--not bad. But, in the end, Murkrow is probably the best.
Frankly, I think that this is overkill. Murkrow or Muk or Espeon would be enough. The key is to have everyone--or almost everyone--playing three Murkrows or three Muks or three Espeons.
Spread the word.
