I play a deck sort of simular to that. Anyway here my fix
+7 Fire Energy
+3 Entei
-2 Erika
-3 Rocket's Sneak Attack
-3 Imposter Oak's Revenge
-1 Double Gust
-1 Time Capsule
I got rid of RSA + IOR because if your only going to use Arcanine you should try to get it powered up really fast, like second turn. To help with this I added Entei and more Fire Energy to get it powered up. Heres the deck.

i play IOR and RSA because incase RRK9 don't come out early, i'll have something to stop my opponents. I dunno if i should add Entei.
