This is a deck that uses 13 Mewtwo cards. That's right, 13 Mewtwo! Here is the dandy deck:
Pokémon (16) 4 Mewtwo (Expedition) 4 Mewtwo EX (EX: Ruby & Sapphire) ('Sensei said this was a legal play in a deck) 4 Rocket's Mewtwo (Gym Challenge, Best #9) 1 Shining Mewtwo (Neo Destiny) 3 Smoochum (Neo Revelations)
Trainers (24) 4 Energy Stadium (Neo Destiny) 4 Moo-Moo Milk (Neo Genesis) 4 Professor Birch (EX: Ruby & Sapphire) 4 Town Volunteers (Aquapolis) 4 Miracle Berry (Neo Genesis) 4 Psychic Cube 01 (Aquapolis)
Energy (20) 1 Miracle Energy (Neo Destiny) 1 Lightning Energy 6 Fire Energy 12 Psychic Energy
The strategy of the deck is to power up many fearsome Mewtwos, including the almighty Mewtwo EX. Each of the Mewtwo can use different powers, and have different uses. Since Colorless and Darkness are problems nowadays, and lots of Special Energy is involved in these decks, we have Smoochum here to slow them down.
As for the Trainers, the Energy Stadium can get back the 19 basic Energy from the discard pile, the Moo-Moo Milk and Miracle Berry are for healing, Professor Birch is the card drawer, Town Volunteers returns cards to my deck (that'll make the 13 Mewtwo look like even more), and Psychic Cube 01 adds Confusion to the strategy. Miracle Energy is for an early power-up of Shining Mewtwo.
Any fixes, comments, and suggestions are appreciated. Also, thanks to 'Sensei for saying this deck could be played.

I see we have the essencial 4 Energy Stadium and 4 Moo-Moo-Milk, but where's the 4th Smoochum! I don't see anything you can take out so it looks like your gunna have to sneak it in and hope nobody notices. If anyone complains you tell them to come See BIG CHUCK!

Ummm... Juggler instead of the weak Birch. You want to have a way to get energy cards into the discard pile.

Well, if you're gonna sneak in that last Smoochum and those 4 Cleffas you have to sneak in 4 of the LC Mewtwos as well. I don't see why you don't have them in there already.

I'm not sneaking anything into the deck. I only planned for there to be 3 Smoochum, no more, no less. So far, the only non-destructive suggestion (i.e. sneaking cards into the deck) has come from 'Pop, and that's one I'm taking after looking into Juggler. Drawing and powering up the Mewtwo EX ability...that works in the deck. Here is how it looks now:
