After looking at the Kyogre promo, I thought of a way to power it up really fast. BLASTOISE! Since this isn't a DCI-based deck, it's automatically gonna be friendly play.
4 Squirtle- Rocket
2 Wartortle- Base Set
2 Blastoise- Base Set
2 Kyogre ex- Promo (2nd one coming soon)
2 Lapras- Fossil
2 Hitmonchan- AQ (for Smash Punch)
2 Cleffa- Genesis

3 Energy Retrieval
3 Super Scoop Up
3 Forest Guardian
3 Bill's Maintenance
2 Challenge
2 Pokemon Trader

16 Water Energy
4 Double Colorless
STRATEGY: Simple strategy. Just get Blastoise and Kyogre ex into play, power them up, and let them fly. Hitmonchan is in there incase My opponent is using Electric types, so i attatch a water energy and DC energy to him, use Smash Punch, and hope for a heads (lol). Incase things are getting a little sticky, I'll power up Lapras and have it use Confuse Ray. It's a simple deck for the heck of it. I have no intention of using it in a tournament (it would be useless since Kyogre ex is in the deck, lol)
