Swamiyama

Pokemon: 25
4x Mudkip (Bubble)
4x Marshstomp (2x Natural cure 2x slash)
4x Swampert (water call)
4x Makuhita (2x Fake out, 1x Slap Push, 1x Fling)
4x Hariyama (Slap Down)
3x Nosepass
2x Hitmonchan EX

Trainers: 19
4x Switch
4x Energy Search
3x Professor Birch
3x Pokemon Reversal
3x PokeNav
1x Poke Ball
1x Lum Berry

Energy: 16
8x Water
8x Fighting

Basically this deck is a metagame deck for Blaziken/Delcatty. Swampert counters fire, Hariyama colorless. Obviously some improvements can be made. I'd like to see them.

I have heard from a pretty good source that the new format will be E forward or EON (ha ha) so if that is the case the new draw power is Delkitty with Oracle. The Zigazoone guy works pretty good too. Also I think the old rule of haveing no more than 2 evolution lines is not as important. So I made somthing like this:

Pokemon: 22
3x Mudkip (Bubble)
3x Marshstomp (1x Natural cure 2x slash)
2x Swampert (water call)
3x Makuhita (2x Fake out, 1x Slap Push)
2x Hariyama (Slap Down)
2x Hitmonchan EX
4x Skitty (50 Hp)
3x Delkitty (Energy Draw)

Trainers: 23
4x Oracle (SR)
4x Prof Oaks Research (E)
1x Town Volunteers (AQ)
3x Pokemon Fan Club (AQ)
2x Switch (ruby)
3x Master Ball (AQ)
2x Fisherman (SR)
4x Potion (Ruby)

Energy 15

8 Water
7 Fighting

You might want to get rid of the Hitmonchan EX (too risky with double prizes) and add another basic Makuhita and another water energy. What do you think?

Interesting, to say the least. One thing that always facinates me is watching how other people play. I'm not sure what the next format will be, so I made my deck ex-only to make it garunteed to work, though e-on is a definite possiblity. The evolution lines are a little thin to me and I'm not sold as to the Delcatty line comboed with Swampert. But you know me-I post decks so you can tweak them and use them, not neccesarily so I can use your fixes. [Wink]
