Try building a deck with just one colour of energy. Going multi-colour is not usually recommended until after you have grasped the basics of building a mono-colour deck..

Try reading some of the old posts in this forum. Otherwise the boards become cluttered with repetition of the same basic advice on deck construction.

Make your questions much more explicit and focused. You will get better quality replies and more of them that way.

'Good News' or 'Bad News' but NOT NO NEWS

some people brag about their tournament results, me I'm gonna brag??? about what players have managed to get past me LOL

-------Hoodwinked---(things I won't get wrong again...)------

'legal stalling' : game loss at least
'only joking' on misreported match results: DQ Yep its that serious!
The prize swap penalty as it applies to shuffling.

Your deck is not DCI sanctioned legal for Modified Format. MF legal from a DCI sanctioning standpoint is: All NEO sets (except Genesis Slowking and Genesis Sneasel), Southern Islands, E sets, Black Star promos # 21 & up (except # 24 _________'s Pikachu (aka Happy Birthday Pikachu)), Best of Promos, and Legendary Collection. Best of Promos and LC reprint some cards from Base - Team Rocket and you can use the cards from the original set (just be aware that some Fire type attacks had the wording changed so that Metronoming type attacks cannot copy them easily).

For non-sanctioned play (like League or among friends), you can use whatever you want.

For Nintendo, we have to wait and see what cards they'll allow in their Modified Format.

Hints on posting your deck :
List the set (and Pokémon level) so people know what card you're using.
Singles really don't work. Multiple copies of the same card will allow you to get the card faster.
Stick to 2 Color Types at most (Colorless wouldn't count as they can take any type of energy).
Read the decks posted already to get a feel for how a Modified deck is built.
Good luck.
Have fun.
