Topic: My little brother's Kingdra/Eon deck for the Philly GC.(June 8)

This is a remodeled version of the deck my little brother used at the ECSC in 10 and under. He did rather well, making Top 4. He now wants to win the Philly GC. He is a 9 year old, so some things might be a bit off.

3 Kingdra(2 Neo 3, 1 Neo 1)
4 Eevee(3 Promo, 1 Neo 2)
2 Holo Umbreon
2 Holo Espeon
2 Murkrow
2 Cleffa
2 Pichu
1 Erika's Bellsprout(KO Tododile with Dark)
1 LC Gastly(says it is here to get back Darks)

2 Misty's Wrath
2 Nightly Garbage Run

I'm not exactly sure what his strategy is, but from playtesting against him, he likes to get a Kingdra out while powering up an Espeon or Umbreon. Espeon can finish off what Kingdra starts in the active position while Umbreon or Murkrow can finish off what goes to the bench. Remember, he is only a 9 year old. Take that into consideration if fixing. He really wants to win the Philly GC. Can anyone help him?

Vry interesting...i've been seeing these Kingdra/Espeon decks every were and stil don't know why it's soo good. I like he Umbreon Idea. Try my decklist:

There it is. I don't tink Wrath is worth it in this deck with all the evolutions. 4 Erika should be enough with Elm. Also, why 3 Eevee and 3 Eeveelutions? Because 4 is not needed. CHoose to see what you need with the promo Eevee. Here's my chart:
Gatr:Try To get 1 of each. Both are sloid aginst thisdeck.
Crobat: Get All Espeons out ASAP.
Big Fire: Again, Espeon should come out:
Dark Gengar: DEFINITYEspeon.heheh. jkz. GEt out all Umbreon and absolutely NO Espeon.
You get my point. MY decklist should work ok.(Better then the 1 u posted)

Conversion would work on any energy cards in the player's discard pile.
