This is a deck that uses the new ADV Lightning Pokémon. Here is the deck:

Pokémon (17)
4 Electrike (ADV1)
3 Manectric (ADV1)
2 Electabuzz (Expedition
2 Electabuzz EX (ADV1)
3 Smoochum (Neo Revelations)
3 Pichu (Neo Genesis)

Trainers (23)
3 PokéNav (ADV1)
4 Super Potion (Base Set 2)
4 Energy Stadium (Neo Destiny)
4 Professor Birch (ADV1)
4 Pokémon Trader (Legendary Collection)
4 Lass (Base Set)

Energy (20)
20 Lightning Energy

Translations (from Nick15):

Electabuzz EX [90 HP] (Basic Lighting Pokemon)
[L] Thundershock (10 Damage) Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending
Pokemon is now Paralyzed.
[LLC] Thunderpunch (40+ Damage) Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does
40 plus 20 more damage.
WEAKNESS: Fighting
RESISTANCE: Metal
RETREAT: CC
23/55 Ultra-Rare-Holo #283 [?]

Electrike [50 HP] (Basic Lighting Pokemon)
[L] Plasma (0 Damage) If there are any LIGHTING Energy in your discard
pile, choose 1 of them and attach it to Rakurai.
[LC] Thunder Jolt (30 Damage) Flip a coin. If tails, Electrike does 10
damage to itself.
WEAKNESS: Fighting
RESISTANCE: Metal
RETREAT: C
24/55 Uncommon #078 [Hajime Kusajima]

Manectric [70 HP] (Stage 1 Lighting Pokemon)
[L] Recharge (10 Damage) Search your deck for a LIGHTING Energy card and
attach it to Manectric. Shuffle your deck afterwards.
[LLC] Thunder Jolt (50 Damage) Flip a coin. If tails, Manectric does 10
damage to itself.
WEAKNESS: Fighting
RESISTNACE: Metal
RETREAT: C
25/55 Rare-Holo #079 [Mitsuhiro Arita]

PokeNav [TRAINER]
Look at the top 3 cards of your deck. Choose 1 Basic Pokemon, Evolution,
or Energy card there, show it to your opponent, and put it on the top of
your deck in any order.
52/55 Uncommon [Katsura Tabata]

Professor Birch [TRAINER-Supporter]
If the number of cards in your hand is less than 6, draw a number of
cards so that your hand equals 6 cards.
54/55 Uncommon [Ken Sugimori]

Strategy:

Electrike can be used to get Lightning Energy from your discard pile to attach to Electrike. It works well with Energy Stadium, which puts a Basic Energy into your hand (to attach to anyone). This means you can get up to 2 Energy back per turn. This allows Electrike to power itself up for its Manectric evolution. There is a risk in this line, but don't forget the Super Potion.

The two different kinds of Electabuzz in there can handle things differently. You can use the one from Expedition until you have an Electabuzz EX ready, and then you've got power.

Smoochum can handle those pesky Special Energy should you face annoying Mightyena or Steelix decks, and Pichu can deal out damage to those with Poké-POWERs, Poké-BODies, and old-fashioned Pokémon Powers.

PokéNav allows you to take out of the deck one card of one of three types. You can use it to find that Manectric for the evolution. Super Potion is a must in any deck, Energy Stadium gets your Energy back, and Pokémon Trader can get you needed Pokémon.

Professor Birch is the new-generation draw card. It allows you to draw cards until you have six, with no drawbacks besides the fact that it's a Supporter. Finally, Lass can deal a nasty surprise to your opponent waiting to play Trainers.

Any fixes, comments, and suggestions are welcome here.

-4 Super Potion
-2 Energy Stadium
-3 Smoochum

+4 Gold Berry
+2 Sprout Tower
+3 Cleffa (NG)

You've also got a lot of energy, get rid of some, and get some more trainers.

Wrong, Ultramew!

Super Potions are O.K here, because we must dicard an energy card from a Pokemon to use them. The energy we discarded with SP, with Lucky Stadium in play may help us powering for example Electrike. And SP remove damage counters, too.

I'll agree, I think super potion fits this deck better anyways. Gold Berry is situational, and must have at least 4 counters, SP can be used anytime. Sides I dont think carrington would ever play a gold berry, not even for a million bucks. This is his deck, and if he thinks that Super Potionor moo-moo is better, than I honestly intend to leave it alone. Sides, it gives his decks character!!!

Though one recomendation, add Jungle Scyter, or Rockets Scyther. Grass takes care of a lot of Fighting, and it has resistance. Most of this deck is extremely weak., and if they send up a Metal Pokemon, go with that resistance. Also jungle has colorless requirement. Soooo......

-1 Smoochem
-1 Pichu
+2 Scyther

You took out the Energy Stadium, yes i see, I still believe this deck will run better with Super Potion over Gold Berry, I also believe that his personal preferance to Gold Berry is Super Potion and Moo-Moo, and agree or disagree, it is his preferance.

another idea over Scyther is Team Rockets Zapdos. just wasnt thinkging of itwhen i posted earlier, sorry

Here's my fix for the deck, with your suggestions. I decided to use the Rocket's Scyther, as it has a defensive ability and doesn't require two turns for full damage. And if I encounter any Metal, I can just send in Electrike/Manectric/Electabuzz EX/Smoochum and slow it down.

The new deck:

Pokémon (17)
4 Electrike (ADV1)
3 Manectric (ADV1)
2 Electabuzz (Expedition)
2 Electabuzz EX (ADV1)
2 Smoochum (Neo Revelations)
2 Pichu (Neo Genesis)
2 Rocket's Scyther (Gym Heroes)

Trainers (23)
3 PokéNav (ADV1)
4 Super Potion (Base Set 2)
4 Energy Stadium (Neo Destiny)
4 Professor Birch (ADV1)
4 Pokémon Trader (Legendary Collection)
4 Lass (Base Set)

Energy (20)
16 Lightning Energy
4 Grass Energy

Carrington-->> R' Scyther is a great card and I can understand SOME reasons of choosing him. But I see place rather for the JUNGLE one- it has more HP, can attack with colorless energy only, and especially, it's got free retreat. In a battle with fighting Pokemons J Scyther is irreplacable.

I have one little advice more. As I HATE Lass, I'd advise you to drop them (Anyway, they give no help without Cleffa) and add 2 Searches (!You play Unlimited, so they're legal!) and 2 Copycats. Instead of stupid shuffling necessary trainers into your deck, you'll be able to get them faster.

OK, so this is for Unlimited, right? Then, where is the standard draw/search engine? You're not gonna get ANYWHERE without Oak, Comp Search, and Item Finder. On to the fix...

Pokemon:
Since this is for Unlimited, why are you using the Expedition Electabuzz when his Base cousin is readilly available? I'd say go with two EX and two Base Buzz, unless you think that one or the other is that much stronger. Smoochum is gone: he serves no real purpose, and there is a better NRG denial card in Unlimited (3).

Trainers:
time for streamlining. take out the following:
2 NRG Stadium (4 is waaaaaaaaaay too much)
3 PokeNav (useless in Unlimited)
4 Birch (also)
4 Lass (useless without Cleffa)
(16)

And put in the following:
4 Oak (speed is good, discards energy)
4 CPU Search (speed is good, discards energy)
3 Item Finder (speed is good, discards energy)
4 SER (energy denial, discards energy)
3 ER (energy denial, discardss energy
2 Focus Band (a 70 HP stage 1 is gonna get pounded, even with Super Potion)
2 Town Volunteers (your energy are gonna spend more time in the discard than anywhere else)
(-6)

Energy:
Take out 6, and that completes the deck.

Good luck!!!
